Italian Pomegranate - Day 4

While in Italy this past fall taking the workshop with Jerry Fresia one of the students had these wonderful Pomegranates, I had never seen them in this orangy peachie green before.  I was so excited to paint them, I still think the original one was the first time that I knew I had it!  Impressionism!  The original is in my studio and is a constant reminder of the "mechanics of impressionism".
